Step two · If you want me to build it

You don't sign a contract. You stay because you want to.

The Inspection is free. The plan is free. This is what it costs if you want me to build the fix — and keep things running. Month to month. Cancel in a text.

Tier 01 / Do it yourself

The Playbook

I coach. You build.

$1,500per month

Month to month

You've got someone who can roll up their sleeves — office manager, ops person, whoever. I give them the plan and walk them through it. I'm a text away when they get stuck.

What I do

  • The Business Inspection + written plan (included, no extra charge)
  • 60-minute kickoff call — we walk every fix, start to finish
  • Weekly 30-min calls — you show me what you did, I tell you what's next
  • Text access between calls for quick questions
  • Pre-built templates — emails, texts, SOPs, follow-up sequences. Yours to keep
  • Monthly progress check — what's improving, what's next
What you doThe actual implementation. I coach, you build.

The Partnership

I do the tech. You make the calls.

$3,500per month

Month to month

You make the decisions. I handle everything technical. You get out of the weeds on software, automations, and busy work — and nothing falls through the cracks while you're running the business.

Everything in the Playbook, plus I

  • Set up and run your CRM — lead tracking, follow-ups, pipeline, the whole deal board
  • Fix and maintain your website — copy, forms, buttons, reviews, speed
  • Build your automations — instant replies, follow-up sequences, quote reminders, review requests
  • Run bi-weekly strategy calls — real planning, not check-ins
  • Send a monthly dashboard with a plain-English walkthrough of your numbers
  • Introduce you to vetted social / ads partners when you're ready
What you doApprove copy, send updates, show up to calls.

The Machine

I run the back office. You run the business.

$5,500per month

Month to month

You focus on the work. I run your back office. Nothing technical hits your inbox. You get a quarterly deep-dive and approve the big stuff. That's the whole deal.

Everything in the Partnership, plus I

  • Own your website completely — new pages, showcases, updates, copy. You never touch it.
  • Build new systems as you grow — new automations, new workflows, new tools
  • Give your whole team a dedicated channel — anyone can reach me
  • Respond within 2 business hours — priority queue
  • Run a quarterly deep-dive — results, what's next, the plan for the next three months
  • Coordinate with your social / ads partners so every lead hits the system
What you doShow up to quarterly reviews. Approve big decisions. That's it.

What about ads + social?

I don't run ads. I know people who do.

I don't run Google Ads or Meta ads. I don't post to your socials. I don't take commissions from vendors. I'm the back office — I build the system that catches the leads those channels send.

When you're ready for ads or social, I'll introduce you to vetted people who do it well for businesses like yours. The leads they generate plug straight into the system I build, so nothing falls through. I don't get a kickback either way — I just want the whole thing to work.

The rule

Every month is a tryout.

Contracts exist because vendors know they need to stop you from leaving when they underdeliver. I'm not interested in that arrangement.

Every month I have to earn you keeping me around. If the month stops making sense — business slows, priorities shift, you just don't feel it — you send me a text and we stop. No cancellation call. No retention department. No guilt.

01 / How to leave

Send one text.

"I'm out." That's the whole cancellation process. I don't have a form you need to fill out.

02 / What I do

Stop the charge.

Next billing date never hits. You don't pay for a month I'm not working. No pro-rating shenanigans.

03 / What you keep

Everything stays yours.

The website, the automations, the templates, the CRM data — all yours. No software I hold hostage.

Month one on me

If month one doesn't earn its keep — it's on me.

First 30 days, I'd better be showing you money — more leads captured, more deals closing, hours back in your week. If I can't show you enough impact to more than cover the month, you don't pay for month one. I'll hand you what we built and you can take it to whoever you want.

Common questions

Before you book

None. Month-to-month. You can cancel after month one, month three, month eighteen — doesn't matter. One text and the next charge stops. I don't hide fees in the fine print because there's no fine print.

You keep it. The website, the automations, the templates, the CRM data, the SOPs — it's all yours. I build on tools you own (your domain, your CRM account, your Google Workspace), not tools I rent you. When you leave, I hand you the keys. That's it.

Yes. Always. The Inspection is free — 45 minutes on a call. I find the leaks and hand you a written plan. Then you decide if you want to build it yourself or hire me to do it. I don't take on new work without the Inspection because I'd be guessing at what you need, and that's how vendors end up selling you stuff you don't need.

We figure that out together on the Inspection call. Rough rule: if you've got someone on your team who can do the work (office manager, spouse, ops person), The Playbook is usually the right call. If you make the decisions but hate the tech, The Partnership fits. If you just want to hand the whole back office to somebody, The Machine.

One, usually. The CRM I use runs about $97/month — it replaces five or six tools you're probably paying for separately (old CRM, email marketing, text messaging, scheduling, forms). Everything else I build on is included. No surprise add-ons. No upsells halfway through.

Most marketing agencies focus on getting you more clicks and leads. I focus on what happens after the lead shows up — whether you can actually answer the phone, whether you follow up, whether jobs track, whether invoices go out. The best marketing in the world doesn't matter if leads fall through the cracks on the other end. I fix the cracks. And I don't run ads, don't do SEO, and don't take vendor commissions.

Only if it needs it. Most small-business websites I see are fine — they just need the right buttons, reviews above the fold, a one-tap text option, and copy that speaks to your customer. I work with what you've got unless it's truly broken.

The Partnership is built for exactly that. They stay on the phone, approving decisions and sending me updates. I handle all the technical setup, automation, and optimization. They get a clear plan every two weeks and someone to text when they're stuck. It takes the guesswork off their plate without replacing them.

Most owners I work with see something measurable inside 30 days — faster response times, more leads followed up on, fewer things falling through. The bigger stuff (close rate, revenue per lead, hours back in your week) compounds over 3-6 months as everything builds on itself.

45 minutes. I find the leaks. You leave with the plan. If hiring me makes sense after that, great. If not, the plan's still yours to keep.
